As Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of Sugar Glider digital activity, including the design and development of the platform. Our goal is to deliver a leading digital experience for our customers that are looking for digital artworks. We have investment from Animoca Brand (sandbox) to build a NFT platform.
We are looking for someone who will drive the product delivery by defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and factor in customer feedback to scale, pivot or stop.
As Product Manager you will be transparent in maintaining the business value corresponding to each product feature, ensuring that every stakeholder understands progress and priorities.
You will work very closely with the developer, UX designer and marketing team. We are a small but nimble team, we don’t get bogged down with bureaucracy, and love to work as a team
As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Responsible for defining the product strategy and customer roadmap with the founder
- Engaging in collaborative workshops such as discoveries and design sprints to help maintain the focus on customer value
- Launching and supporting the user testing initiatives
- Reporting on product performance
- Supporting the product owners to align their product development activities with the overall product development strategy
- Contribute innovative ideas via existing issues, new technology and team members
- Full understanding of the market, the product, the product line and the competition and further understanding of new or existing products from talking with existing customers
- Supporting and contributing to a collaborative environment including values of fun, collaboration, commitment, respect and openness.
- You will define the vision and build the best product strategy. You will be involved in the full life cycle of the product, taking the ownership of the product/release and communicating the benefits to the team, business stakeholders and customers
- Liaising with Marketing on communication, you will establish the vision for the product/release and communicate the benefits to the team, business and key stakeholders
- Promoting a customer centric development approach, that includes qualitative and quantitative analysis, you will build better products and measure product outcomes
- Analyse and determine MVP, maximise the value of the product and ensuring the value of work performed by the team
- Be responsible for maximising ROI of features and accountable to the business case
- With your analytic, logical and innovative mindset you will find solutions, identify problems and action changes.
- Solid experience in a similar role executing product strategy and managing the product development lifecycle.
- Strong customer focus and business acumen with an understanding of the target market and the ability to define the potential customer value per feature.
- Proven and solid experience in product development or product management
- Analytic mindset, accuracy, attention to details and creative problem solving
- Strong ability to manage roadblocks and conflicts leading to resolution to keep the project on track
- Ability to write well-defined User Stories/Use Cases and acceptance criteria.
